Delete Data or Account

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Hold Me Time Capsule app data or your complete account.

Enter your registered account details carefully

Please enter the correct User ID and registered email address linked to your Hold Me account. You may also submit this request directly from the Hold Me app, where your User ID and email address are filled in automatically.

Delete My Data

Permanently delete capsules, cover images, photos, videos, audio files, PDFs and associated app content while keeping your account active.

Delete My Account

Permanently delete your Hold Me account, profile information and all associated app data. This action cannot be undone.

Enter the same email address you used to sign in to the Hold Me app.

Permanent Data Deletion

Submitting this request will permanently delete all capsules, cover images, photos, videos, audio files, PDFs and other content associated with your account. Your account will remain active, but deleted data cannot be recovered.

Deletion requests are reviewed and are normally expected to be completed within 30 days.
